Just had a metal roof installed by US Shingle and Metal Very pleased with all aspects of of the job. Chad Griffith was our sales person and everything the man told us was true. They were timely, expedient, excellent workmanship, with a nice product. Cleanup was exceptional as was all the follow-up. Very pleased with hiring this company and would highly recommend it

My wife and I could not be be more satisfied with our beautiful new metal roof we had done with US Shingle and Metal their level of quality and expertise are above and beyond and their service was top tier. They assigned us a project Foreman who was available if we had any questions during our install process and their crew did an amazing job and kept the job site tidy and magnet swept for nails after completing the project. We also had Dustin as our salesman and he was absolutely amazing he walked us through the whole process and was there if we had any questions so I would count myself lucky if you get him as your sales rep and if possible request him for your appointment as he does his best to get you the best deal possible!!

I own my home in Lee county and received a letter of notice from my home owners insurance stating due to my roof being 17 years or older I am required to get a new roof or pay extremely high rates or my insurance may be cancelled all together. I got multiple quotes with different companies but the experience and knowledge throughout the beginning stages with Chad was exceptional and stood out the most! He answered all of my questions(as I did have a lot) with professionalism, along with a great sense of knowledge regarding all roofing options they perform. Chad introduced me to a aluminum shingle called Permalock which carries a LIFETIME warranty and is perfect for my coastal living by the saltwater! US Shingle & Metal did a Stellar job from start to finish! Shae, our appointed project manager was always available, explained the roof installation process very well! Chad, even though he was the sales representative in the beginning continued to check in with me during the installation process and also after to make sure we were satisfied in all areas. Both Chad and Shae made my project smooth as can be. Saving the best for last, my new Permalock roof is Beautiful!!! I'd recommend US Shingle & Metal to everyone in need of a new roof as they are #1 in my book!

He took the time to explain every step of the process clearly, ensuring that I understood the materials, costs, and timeline. The quality of his work truly stands out — the roof looks excellent, and the attention to detail shows his experience and care for doing the job right.

Just had our roof replaced by us shingle & Metal i wouldn't recommend them to anybody first of all took 71 days to do our roof , start date was August 13th, 2025 finish date October 23rd, 2025 ,they said they were finished September 4th we had it inspected by a private inspector as City inspection do not walk the roofs . Thank God We did as the inspector found so many things wrong with it. I notified the company after arguing with me. Asking me why I felt the need to hire a private inspector Shane. One of the foremen came out and walked the roof he then texts me apologizing, saying they would have to replace 60% of our roof. So why they were doing that 2 of our rooms got leaks, they did come And replace the drywall, but they did not replace the insulation in the attic. So now those 2 rooms in the front of our house do not have insulation in 2 spots, which will be another expense will have to pay I asked him if they would pay for the inspector to come out when they've completed it for the second time. He said, no I explained to him that I would not need to have him come out again. If he would have done the job correctly, the first time to no avail he Refused to do so fine. I will pay for it finally, after 71 days of not being able to use our driveway garbage in our yard metal everywhere. We're still picking up metal and screws out of our yard. They finally completed the job. We had our roof replaced not because there was any damage but because we wanted to see if we could get a better insurance rate , We received 3 quotes this was the best (you get what you pay for )$26,948 to be exact and they are a Veteran owned company and my husband served 20 years and we like to support Veterans. This was the worst experience we have ever had with a company don't make the same mistake.
