Review for Victory Roofing & Associates Be very careful before hiring Victory Roofing & Associates. In my case, the roof work was defective, and the company failed to honor their warranty or return to repair the damage. They came out one time and spent only about ten minutes doing a rushed “repair” on the roof leak, but after the next rain, the leak became even worse. This caused mold growth, ceiling damage, and ruined drywall, which has made me stressed for many months. They made multiple repair appointments but never showed up, wasting my time and forcing me to take time off work for nothing. On one occasion, they even sent a man with no tools and no appointment, who didn’t speak any English and just showed up on a Sunday morning, ringing the doorbell when nobody was home. I saw everything through my security cameras and tried to speak with him, but communication was impossible. This has been a terrible experience from start to finish. I am now working with my lawyer to recover the costs. If you decide to work with this company, keep every document, text, and photo, because you may need it later.

They started working on my roof in August 1. 2024. They removed the old tiles and roof. I haven't seen them since the middle of September. We are approaching December and still no roof. They are not reliable and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend their service.
