I own an Airbnb in South Florida. My tenants for the weekend called me that the washing machine started leaking everywhere and had reached two bedrooms soaking the carpets. I didn’t know what to do so I ran to Google. Thank goodness I found Voda. I quickly checked their reviews and decided to call. Sandra answered and after I ranted, she put me at ease and that they’d arrive within the hour. True to her word, they arrived at the 43 minute mark. They had a heavy duty van there that sucked up the majority of the water. The team was professional and they didn’t waste any time. They left some equipment for a few days to dry the property. Thanks to their quick response I was able to save the carpet and not have to remove walls. I appreciate them so much! I hope to never have this situation ever again, but if I do, Voda is now saved in my phone.
