Our home was flooded by a city backup sewer. In a matter of minutes, we had sewer water filling our tubs and showers and running out onto our floors. It was totally devastating! Jim and Roland showed up, evaluated the damage to every room of our home, and started working as quickly as possible to remove the sewer-drenched carpet and pad from every room. Jim explained everything in great detail. He and Roland made it clear that it was a lot of damage but they were there to help us! There are not adequate words to express how grateful we are that they worked so hard and did not leave us until every room was stabilized and treated to kill all the germs!
