Jack was very helpful. From the knowledge he shared to the understand of what was going on in our home. I appreciate all of his insight and recommendations. The price for a corner of water from my son's water gun was ridiculous. So we didn't use the company but Jack was definitely helpful and knowledgeable.

Water Damage Pros team came out quickly, set up containment, did the demo, and treated everything with antimicrobial. They explained each step clearly and ran the HEPA filters until the job was done. The difference was night and day. They were professional, honest, and made me feel a lot more at ease. Very grateful for the work they did.
