The best company I could hire to help me, literally, get money to fix my house after a fire. They are very professional and attentive and I loved it, they are 24/7 to answer my questions and I didn't have to do anything myself, they took great care of me and my family, helped me with a place to stay while my home was restored. I wish a fire never happened to anyone, but if you know someone who needs help with it, they're the one.

We had a fire in our house that destroyed half the house! Karen, the sales manager called us and stop by the vey next day and gave us an orientation of the process from the insurance claim to the mitigation process. The people of Well Home Mitigation are very knowledgeable, attentive and available to answer any questions. They did an amazing job cleaning and saving the sign that survived the fire and did all the work on time and with great care and quality. If you ever need mitigation services, they are the people to call!! We highly recommend them!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. My parents are currently filing a FL Bar complaint against the attorneys this company uses. It’s been almost a year and we have not heard anything back and did not receive a check after signing all documents to release the payment. There is no communication from this company or from the attorneys even after multiple emails and calls. Don’t fall for this company and their lies. Don’t fall for the reviews either, they all have the same time frame!
