I love their portal I use to monitor my service calls. It allows me to see what their workers progress with photos. Saving me trips to drive to all the properties I manage to check on them. Excellent Service! The morning after Hurricane Ian, the crew from West Coast Roofing arrived and did major temporary repairs to the roof without being called. I can’t thank them enough for the service they provided to this family!

Tamarind Gulf & Bay Condominiums contracted with West Coast Florida Enterprises to replace the FiberTite roofing system on all of our buildings. The project totaled almost $1.5 million and was completed on time and within budget. Change orders for the entire project totaled approximately 5% of the original quoted value, outstanding performance for a project that included 15 separate buildings and 101 individual roof sections. Their entire staff from the project foreman to the clean up crew was professional and courteous. Great care was taken to protect our property despite the significant amount of heavy equipment including cranes, lifts and dumpsters that the project required. The back office staff was prompt and efficient. The overall 5 star rating was hard earned and well deserved! The company was a complete pleasure to work with!

Both Personally And Professionally I’ve used West Coast for work to be completed, I can’t say enough good things about the work that’s been done, how transparent and upfront they were with all my questions and concerns. The guy Ryan made me feel like I was his only job at the time knowing he had much larger projects going on. West Coast even helped in an bc emergency situation when it wasn’t even their work that was failing they helped because I needed it ASAP.

We had our shingle roof replaced with a metal one, and couldn't be happier. It turned out great, looks wonderful, the work was completed quickly, and the crew was very professional and helpful. Its not so easy to find good quality people that do outstanding work, so we'll be forever grateful that we chose West Coast to make this project a success. I highly recommend them.
