Wet Out Restoration

I had a plumbing leak and called Wet Out Restoration to handle the drying and demo work. From start to finish, they were great to work with and made a stressful situation so much easier. Andre and Greg were both professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure my home was clean and safe before they left each day. There were a few minor hiccups along the way, but what really stood out to me was how the owner personally got involved to make things right. He was extremely professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. It’s rare to find a business where the owner takes that kind of responsibility and pride in his work. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The entire team was reliable, respectful, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done properly. Wet Out restoration came out today to assess our water damage. They were so professional they showed up early. Matthew McLivin and Kevin Stanley were absolutely amazing very thorough in their work. Provided all the detailed information for us and just extremely pleased with this company and their service. Highly recommend.

Nathaniel from Wet Out was amazing! He explained everything from start to finish concerning what needed to be done beautifully. Also, he then explained how it would work with my homeowners insurance. We had a leak in master bathroom and Matthew McIlvin came after hours to cut out the walls and dry out the leak. He was in and out so fast and came three days later to get all of his equipment. It was an unbelievable easy process for something that at the time seemed impossible. Will be using wet out restoration in the future and will highly recommend
