Wolff roofing has been nothing short of amazing! Their team (RH, KS, BC) helped my wife and I navigate the insurance nightmare and guided us through the whole process. Any questions we had were answered right away and their attention to detail and quality was top notch. We couldn’t be happier with the final product!

They did an amazing job on my house. These guys were superb and they were fast because they did the entire job in just about a day including tear off. Hats go off to this 6 man crew and would recommend them to anyone because this is a good company. I found out about them from on one of the road signs. Thanks to salesman Mark because without him none of this would have been possible.

We collected estimates from several different roofing companies, and decided to go with Wolff. It was the best decision we made. Kara, Roger, Aaron & their crew were with us every step of the way, answered all our questions, and their customer service is absolutely outstanding. In today's world it's hard to get someone to return phone calls, emails and texts, Wolff roofing hit a homerun on all of it. Our roof looks fabulous, and we couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Wolff Roofing. If you're looking for a new roof, call them, you won't be disappointed. Sue & Jonna

From the first phone call to repair, Wolff's staff was very professional. They came out and assessed our problem very quickly and scheduled the repair in a timely fashion. They provided an explanation of what was wrong and provided pictures to show as well. We would highly recommend Wolff Roofing and we will definitely utilize their services in the future.

DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK Wolff Roofing put a new roof on my Dad's home in 2022. I noticed a leak in the roof and called them. First issue was Barbara who answered the phone and was incredibly rude. Grilling me about why I didn't call sooner and why I would call Ted (owner) on his cell phone. Once we got that out of the way an appointment was made for Daniel to come out and assess the issue. Daniel was nice and informative and a pleasant surprise compared to Barbara. He took pictures, showed them to me and explained the issues. He said to me a couple of times that he would be adding all this info to my account immediately "in case he was hit by a bus, another tech would know exactly what the issues was". Second issue is that even after less than 2 years and due to my father's passing, the warranty does not transfer to the new owner, me, on a house that I inherited. That's a major indicator of how a company will be after they get their money. Seriously, I am in the construction business, started with a roofing company in Tampa, and they would never not stand behind their work. Third issue is they have a minimum $1k for repairs. They charge for material and labor they may need but if it the repair is minimal you don't get any money back BUT if they go over in either you'll surely be charged for anything extra. Lastly, after a week and half I had to call back to see what the plan was and was told by Barbara that I no longer have a warranty because of the change of ownership. My opinion is that Wolff is probably a great company to have a roof installed (just assuming by the reviews) but will use any excuse to get out of taking responsibility for their workmanship. Who doesn't stand by their work after less than 2 years just because of change in ownership? Wolff Roofing does that's who. UPDATE 10.18.24 in Response to Wolff Roofing's comments Please tell me what hurricanes have rolled through the Parrish area since 2022 prior to my call? How about none. And that excuse was not given to me, only "ownership changed hands". Your response about the hurricane is the first I am hearing of it from Wolff. However, I have been educated by my neighbors that Wolff Roofing will use ANY excuse they can to get out of standing by their workmanship, as 2 of them have had issues with their roofs and they were also ghosted by Wolff. You came through our community "selling" new roofs, that we could have our insurance companies pay for by claiming they were damaged during Ian. Yes, that is what my Dad told me and neighbors confirmed. Wolff Roofing is a scam company and fraudsters. Also, I never heard back from Daniel or Wolff regarding making the repair at my cost. What? You don't want any business other than installation of new roofs? Then just say that. Your accusations of not wanting to take financial responsibility are unfounded, assumptions and just plain rude. If I called back to talk about the roof repairs being done, I obviously was willing to pay for them, but I was ghosted just like my neighbors.
