Erica office staff is Efficient & friendly and always keeps you updated on the inspection and answers any questions you might have. Mathew who did the inspection was very Organized detailed oriented and sent the report the same day. Mathew was also opened to any questions. Matthew is very professional and knowledgeable. He is reasonably priced, knows his stuff, and transparent. Honesty is a big thing with us. He did our home inspection last September , just before Hurricane Milton hit. He was very attentive to his job and explained anything my wife questioned him about. Had the Wind Mitigation survey done for insurance one day, insurance company then said ohhh we also need a 6 point inspection. They helped me out and came back out again the next day to do that inspection. Great company great service tech. Will definitely recommend.
