I can’t believe the cost of roofing today but z roofing was competitive and provided top tier service. They filmed the process and sent me updates and the project was completed quickly. Giovani was my rep and he was great, always available to answer questions, he also recommended a gutter company that was a fraction of the cost of my other estimates.

My roof was recently replaced by Z Roofing, Long Seam Metal. My experience was exceptional, very professional. I was impressed with the preparation prior to starting, laid down thick barrier over the driveway, pool, and landscape, and put down special boards for the trucks to drive over so not to damage the driveway. The owner Gus supervised the project, made multiple appearances to make sure things were going as planned. He was very meticulous with the work being done. If I had any concerns he would always answer my phone calls or show up on site if it could not be resolved over the phone. Gus always gave me options and let me decide on what to do without any pressure. As a result when the job was competed I was very happy with how the roof turned out, they went beyond what I was expected. It is the little details that made the difference when compared to other metal roofs.The roof looks great and have gotten multiple compliments. The staff in the office was exceptional. They took care of all the necessary paperwork, permits and inspections in a timely manner. Thanks to Zachary, Emily, Gretchel, and Lee for their professionalism. I highly recommend Z Roofing, exceptional work.

Great team highly recommend! The office is kind informative and go that extra step to help in all your questions and needs. Others should take class from the efficiency and customer care. Workers come to get the job done right not overlooking any detail that takes a step more to do. You can tell they take great pride in their work. I am very pleased with my new roof. Ppl love to complain but few praise a great job. I do both and this is well deserved.

Z Roofing and Waterproofing in Miami is an exceptional company. I highly recommend their expertise in meeting your commercial needs. We had a business that was in dyer need of a roof repair which included a structural and electrical restore. Their employees are extremely professional, knowledgeable and the work is fine tuned to the customers expectations. Permits, not issue their team keeps you informed.
