1 800 Water Damage of North Orlando was contracted through our builder to complete some work due to water damage and extensive wood rot on our structural deck of our home. I cannot possibly find adequate words to express our complete satisfaction with 1-800 WATER DAMAGE. Chris and his team were 100% amazing from the first phone call through completion of the project. We discovered mold in our bathroom when our floors were replaced. Chris and crew fit us into their schedule within days, and completed the project professionally and efficiently. As a mold sensitive person, I did a lot of research on what a remediator should be doing, and he did it all and then some. He took all the appropriate precautions and was extremely knowledgeable with how not to contaminate the rest of the house. He said everything I was hoping he would say along the way, after speaking with my doctor and all that I've learned over the years...Chris knows what he's doing. The crew he sent in to rebuild our bathroom was equally as amazing - we'll actually be hiring them for future projects. I'm in awe of the perfection in their work.
