I trusted this company because their salesperson sounded experienced, but the actual crew didn’t seem to know what they were doing. They left exposed areas on my roof, bent my gutters, and didn’t seal around the vents properly. I called to complain, and they said the “roof just needs time to settle.” That makes no sense — a professional roof shouldn’t leak or rattle in the wind. They charged top dollar for low-quality work. The moment I paid, they stopped answering my calls. I wish I had read more reviews before hiring them.

This company started the job fine, but halfway through, they stopped showing up. The roof was left half-torn, and it started raining that week — water came into my attic and ruined part of my ceiling. When I called the owner, he kept making excuses about “crew issues” and “equipment delays,” but never actually fixed the problem. They finally came back after almost two weeks, rushed through the rest, and left a mess of nails, shingles, and trash all around my yard. I had to hire someone else just to clean it up. Completely unreliable and careless.
