You can tell he really knows his stuff, but what stood out the most was how much he cared about making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Tracy was courteous, answered all my questions and efficiently took the notes for my situation. I was needing an appt asap and she took the time to call and verified the inspectors schedule to get me in while I held for 2 minutes. Excellent customer service that you don’t get very much these days.

Called ADU and spoke with Keyana, her customer service was outstanding and was able to address my concerns and get me scheduled right away. We then met with Brian. Brian was friendly and walked us through every step of the inspection. He addressed our concerns, and his honest feedback was greatly appreciated. It’s hard to come across great customer service now a days and my experience starting with Keyana and then with Brian make me feel great with hiring this company in the future!
