Winter Park Roofing was great to work with. James quickly assessed what needed to be done on my tile roof and got me scheduled in for repairs quickly. They matched the broken roof tiles seamlessly and repaired all the mortar joints. I’d would recommend them to anyone needing roof work or replacement.

Winter Park Roofing repaired a flat section of my roof earlier this year. When I had a few unrelated issues pop up in another area after the last hurricane, I called them back to take a look. The owner immediately found the issue, which turned out to be a fairly easy fix. He didn’t charge me for the repair as a courtesy. Great company and great customer service!

I had a new roof installed in 2020, I bought into the good reviews, regretfully. PLEASE BEWARE I was happy with process , however not two years later I had a few leaks in several rooms, I called and they made repairs according to the warranty, It took several calls to get them to complete Repairs...Two years later during Milton (I live in DeLand) I had the leaks in the same areas as before. Now I am told its not covered under warranty due to hurricane county status. They quoted over 9k for repairs.... almost half of what I paid for a new roof. Not CONFIDENT IN THEIR WORKMANSHIP , 1st install then repair in a almost new roof install 2 yrs into roof. 2. Then 2 years later same areas and repair is not covered. 3. Milton was bad for a lot of towns, however, the only water intusion was in the same identical areas as before. This equals WORKMANSHIP! As a homeowner I tried to do my homework on such an expensive upgrade to my home and now I have a Shody roof, I do not trust to hold up.

I had several issues with them damaging my property, but the real problem was with the gutters. Before the work began I specifically asked them about the possibility of damaging my gutters to which they replied, "Our crews are skilled at working around the gutters without issue." They damaged my gutters and now a section of the gutters no longer line up. When I asked them to put the gutters back in alignment they declined saying, "the gutters had nothing to do with our roofing job." I wouldn't recommend them because they caused too much damage. The fact that I checked with them about potential gutter damage before work began and they still refused to fix the gutter damage they caused was just too much.
