Affordable Roofing & Gutters

Affordable Roofing removed the old roofing materials and installed a new roof and gutters on our home. We were impressed with everything, from the estimate visit, to the scheduling, to the completion of the job. Every person we dealt with was professional and friendly. They started the job when they said they would and worked tirelessly until they finished 3 days later. The crew was very patient with our comings and goings while they were working and they continually cleaned debris from around the house. We would eagerly recommend Affordable Roofing to anyone.

lady on the phone was somewhat nice but horrible work ethic i suppose i tried 3 different times to schedule an appointment to get proposal yet each time i was told they would call me back....1 month 1 week later i still have no received anythin....guess these people are too rich to worry about work...thanks for nothing went with GUTTERS UNLIMITED superior service to this company

This company is actually in Cape Coral. State Lic # CCC029585 Worst experience of our lives. Leaks all over our home, and they ruined our existing gutters, as well as the inside of our home. NO ONE talks to you, and then you never get a final bill, oh wait maybe because they didn't put on the soffits, fascia and gutters like it stated on the contract. Fire department had to come because the leaks leaked into our smoke detectors. But they want all the money and they are threatening a lien.

This is the San e company as the one in Cape Coral. Absolutely unprofessional. The owner threatened to lien my home and forclose on my home before sending me a final bill! I was told Installation of my roof would be 3 months, it took 6. They ruined my gutters and refused to fix them. I was yelled and cursed at when I called them to discuss my gutters. They also stole my extra shingles (that I paid for) that were left over from the roofing job. And lastly, they left roofing nails all over my yard. I’ve had 4 flat tires on my lawnmower and my car, and I even stepped on one and it went into my foot! DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

So far it has been 3 months that Affordable Roofing has promised to repay us for hot tar wrecking our hot tub cover from tar falling down from the roof onto it. If they ever send the $400 check that they promised to replace it we will gladly increase this rating to a 5 but so far it does not seem that will be the case.
