During a time when it had been nearly impossible to find available contractors in southwest FL, Benchmark came to our rescue. They have helped us rehab our house much quicker than expected. Anytime there has been an issue, they were on the spot immediately to make sure it’s addressed. Also, Benchmark is a general contractor, so they have helped us with much more than our roof. Can’t say enough about the great job Marc does for us!

We had several cracked tiles on our roof and damaged vents. Marc investigated the issue put together an estimate. A couple weeks later he came out with his crew and did a complete fix on all the bad tiles. Several tiles were damaged, but could not be seen until the vents were removed. Very happy with the work he did, now we’re ready for hurricane season 2025 .

We had a wonderful experience with Benchmark roofing and his employees. Marc was good to his word and the job was completed in a timely fashion. They tore off our roof and fixed the issues, put on a new roof and gutters and downspouts and did an outstanding job cleaning up. My husband and I would recommend them highly!
