I appreciate Todd’s detailed report and expertise in helping us to figure out what was going on with a property that we were planning on purchasing. He has a wealth of knowledge and his expertise in this field is top notch. The report was wonderful and detailed. I was able to show my husband the findings and we were able to make an informed decision. I highly recommend Todd for any mold issues you may have. We used AllDry to remedy various moisture issues in our home. Todd and his team were incredibly professional, prompt, thorough and reasonably priced. They even came out to help me with an unexpected leak AFTER they had finished their job. I called frantic and they had two guys, on site, within the hour. Todd came to our home promptly as promised. He spent a great deal of time evaluating the very minor problem we had, took measurements, and offered several options of next steps. We agreed on what I would do on keeping an eye on our home. When he was leaving, I asked if I would get a bill on line or through the mail, and I was very surprised to hear him say, "There won't be one." After all the time he spent and clear explanations he gave me of next steps, I was very pleased.
