Communication was outstanding from day one, and I was very satisfied with the entire process from start to finish. Ted and Cody were always accessible, responsive, and easy to work with. These folks just put a new standing seam roof on our house and did an outstanding job. They were always on time and very professional. Did a great job of cleaning up each day before they left. I am very happy with my standing seam metal roof install by Ametco. They also did a great job with my two flat roof sections (asphalt hot mop). Tear off and installation were completed in a matter of days and the production team was responsive and timely with punch list matters. Price was fair and reasonable and the work is of high quality.

We purchased a home in Wellington with a new metal roof just installed by Ametco Roofing. It is currently 1 year old and we had a serious leak from the roof already leaving our office filled with black mold. The leak came in through our roof, down the walls and under our hardwood floor. I realized we had a problem when our hardwood was wet and warping. We called a remediation team to come out to find the water leak which resulted in Ametco Metal Roofing to come out and find the issue. Our metal flashing was not installed correctly and had already separated from our stucco wall leaving a gap for water to enter. Over the course of a few weeks they finally sent our Pace Roofing to repair the job, which was cutting into our stucco to lay the flashing, re-stuccoing the exterior, painting, etc. Cody, who was leading the job from Ametco informed me that they would cover the cost of our repairs as the leak was a fault of Ametco Metal Roofing. I have emailed and called, each time speaking to Shelby who handles the customer service requests. She asked me to send over all of our paid invoices which I did. After all invoices were sent no one will respond. I have sent numerous emails, calls and text messages with no one to return them.
