Ark Roofing

Tim and his team have done several jobs for me over the years. My wife and I have some rental property. This most recent incident stood out. I sold a house in Clearwater a few weeks ago. During the 4-point inspection, a roof leak was discovered (not work done by Ark). I called Tim right away and asked if he could get his guys out to help me get my roof fixed and inspection passed in time for closing. He scheduled and fixed my roof within a week, passed inspection and so impressed my realtor that she asked for his contact info to use him for future rush jobs. Great work, and a great guy. I have only good things to say about Ark Roofing. They redid my roof with a modest crew in a few days and the quality of the craftsmanship from the team was exceptional. The roof went through hurricanes Helene and Milton last year with no leaks or lost shingles. Vlad’s quote was quite a bit lower than the other 3 places I called in town and the work was perfectly done. What more could I ask for.

I had the pleasure of connecting with Luke Secora, and man what a powerhouse! He reached out wanting to learn more about other products that he could offer for his customers, and be knowledgeable about them. He wants to ensure products he’s offering to customers he is happy to put his name on. He received samples did his own testing and provided feedback. Dangerous, unlawful driving. This company truck refused to merge and occupied one lane with me. He sped fast past other cars to push me off the lane. Dangerous drivers.

I absolutely do NOT recommend using this company. I used them to do my roof less than 4 years ago and now have a leak which they refuse to fix without paying them. Roof warranties are for at least 10 years. Not to mention they were not cheap. The owner said the leak was not a labor issue and was due to wind. I asked if it was stated in his contract that wind damage was not covered within the warranty time and he said it was not in the contract, but still refuses to be liable to fix it. Instead of standing by his work he argued with me telling me it was my issue to deal with. I will definitely be sure to let people know this Is not a company that does quality work. There are many roofing companies out there that stand by their work that I WILL recommend.
