The owner came out to give us an estimate. He was really knowledgeable about everything to do with construction. Spent the time explaining the different types of metal roofs. Within a week of signing the contract, they started and finished. Couldn’t be happier with how it turned out and how neat they kept the job site.

While installing my roof, Baron Roofing caused interior damage to my son’s ceiling. Since I had a drywaller and Baron doesn’t do drywall, we negotiated a settlement instead. They would replace two roof vents in return. The job was paid for in full August 2023. Baron has refused to accept responsibility and do the work. He didn’t answer my calls for months, turned over the business to his brother in law Robert. I got the same lack of response from him. I’ve tried for over 6 months and they haven’t finished the work. They’d tell me they would do it but in the end had no intentions of doing it. Please find another reliable roofer. Don’t be fooled, they don’t know how to manage a business and could care less about doing the right thing. Remember, they caused the damage and I offered them a solution to address it. It pains me to write this review but I would feel terrible for someone else having to deal with the same thing. Good luck! In response from Baron roofing— we negotiated the vent repair work due to your negligence. I paid for everything that I was invoiced for. You ordered the wrong material and had to honor the work. While you offered a finanacial settlement, we decided that you could still fix the vents but in turn continued to ghost me. It’s all about integrity and professionalism. Doing what you say you will do. You said you’d fix the vents in return for the damage you caused. You and your company has ghosted every phone call, text message trying to resolve this. If you’d like to close out this matter, provide the financial compensation that I’m due. I hope any future clients see this post and think about what they want in a contractor. Integrity, professionalism should be at the top of the list. Unfortunately, these young individuals are in over their heads.
