Gives you a 4 hour window and doesn’t show or notify the homeowner of their lateness or provide a justification. Clearly they think people have free time to cancel work or other priorities to sit and wait for them. Florida’s so called business companies have really brought the WORST out of me! It’s a shared unprofessionalism statewide!! I understand and take in consideration THINGS HAPPEN but for the love of GOD, inform the client what’s going on!! Obviously that’s a tremendous task for majority of these companies. Only had business with this company because of warranty partnership with Taylor Morrison!

If I could give them a negative number I would. This company has terrible service, tacky work, and poor communication. The installed my shower seat crooked. Came back later to fix an issue with my shower, but a 48 hour fix has turned into a 2 week project, and it's still not complete. My shower is draining outward. They brought the wrong seal the first time, came back with the correct seal and installed it incorrectly so that all the water puddles on the bathroom floor (smh). Needless to say we are back at square one. The worker admitted on day 1 that he didnt know what he was doing. It's beyond me why they would send out an incompetent person to complete the job. What I do know is that I paid a lot of money for my shower and wanted it done correctly. Currently it looks tacky because the grout is caked up on the sides and they dont clean up behind themselves. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!

Scheduled a inspection for the horrible tile job the person never showed up Apparently the four hour window wasnt enough time to call and tell me he wasnt coming . This is a warranty problem . Ten times they have tried to fix the horrible tile and grout job they did on my 27,000$ tile job . Sad companies like this exist in Florida .
