They were professional and great to work with, and even our insurance had no problem coordinating with them. Every team member who entered our home was polite, respectful, and communicative about their work. When multiple workers were on-site, they maintained a friendly, professional atmosphere. I especially appreciated the painter who offered to return later when I wasn’t quite ready to greet him. The whole crew went the extra mile to make things look great. I felt totally comfortable leaving them in the house when I couldn’t be there.

Champs Water Damage Restoration responded quickly to our emergency call on a Sunday, sending someone for water mitigation within just a few hours. The process was handled so well, we asked them to do the full restoration too—best decision! The repair work was finished quickly and looked fantastic. We recently hired Champs Restoration to address a leak from a foundation crack. They identified the issue fast, sealed the crack, and took care of mold from the water damage. We had to remove a big section of drywall, but Dan did a fantastic job blending the patch and paint with the existing wall. They also fixed the trim perfectly—it looks brand new!
