Preston and his team at Choice Construction have been terrific partners for a number of projects! From new construction, to remodels, and significant repair jobs at two properties, Choice always delivers quality work. My wife and I fully endorse Preston and his firm as a trustworthy and highly skilled construction projects partner.

We are just finishing a remodel in Naples Park. Preston and his crew have been amazing! We have worked with subs in the past who over promise and underdeliver. These guys are just the opposite. They got to work right away and stayed on the job. They communicated unforeseen issues and found solutions. It’s coming out even better than we’d hoped. We truly couldn’t be happier and we’d give them 10 stars if that was possible!

We chose Choice Construction to complete the full renovation of our condo and could not be happier. We selected Choice Construction from a list of three other referrals we received from various friends and neighbors. We made our decision primarily based on the character and transparency Choice construction owners displayed from the moment we met them. These qualities were demonstrated each step of the way as the entire Choice Construction team, listened to our requests and concerns and always took the necessary actions to make our project beautiful and complete. Never once did they change the contract or try to renegotiate a price that was not warranted. They were patient, attentive and always reasonable. This includes our project manager, Pat, who was exceptionally conscientious and a great team leader. Another consideration that we were thankful for, even though we had not thought of it up front, was that the subcontractors were true craftsmen. The skilled tradesmen that the general contractor hires is vitally important to the outcome of your project. We can attest to Choice Construction aligning our needs with highly skilled individuals. The tile setters (Jorge &co) , the plumber (Rio) , painters (Nick &co), counter top installers (Anibal), carpenters (Rodrigo and William) AC installers and the final electricians (Peter & David) were all the best in the business and certainly abided by the same high expectations as the Choice team. The entire team from top to bottom holds great core values and the drive to be exceptional! It shows up in everything they do! Additionally, the Choice team worked seamlessly with our interior designer from outside of Florida and built a trusting relationship with her as well. My advice would be to “Choose Choice” for a top notch experience and outcome. You will be very happy! We certainly are!

We did a major remodel, floor, kitchen, removal of walls, windows and a door, with Choice construction. We could not be happier with the process, professionalism of the workers and management, and the results. Preston was on top of all the work. Our new villa is exactly what we hoped for!
