Inspector: Austin Date of Inspection: October 2025 My wife and I are purchasing our first home and I can plainly state this has been the most stressful life event we have ever experienced. Austin and the CMH team have gone above and beyond to be a wealth of resources helping to ensure we make a decision we can be proud of. Austin was on time to inspection and VERY THOROUGH! We received a fully comprehensive 35 page report for a house sitting just over 1300 square feet. The report had highly specific information offering insight into the the current state of the entire house (roof, foundation, insulation, electrical, doors, plumbing fixtures, ALL OF IT!) and appliances. We ordered the full inspection, water quality, 4-point, and wind mitigation reports. Austin was very accommodating to my overly curious personality and answered all questions and helped educate me on different aspects of the home. He even made himself available to answer questions AFTER the inspection as he had spent well over 3 hours checking every nook and cranny in the house. If you plan on making an investment of this size, CMH is the way to go.
