Tyler was absolutely professional and beyond helpful during the restoration process from a roof leak. He and his crew went above and beyond to help with our schedule. They did an absolute amazing job fixing the damage in our bedroom. You would never have know that all walls and ceiling were gutted n replace. If you've lived in Florida long enough, you know that it's not often that, years later, you'd want to work with the same contractor on another project. Cohen's Restoration Experts helped us to defy that rule. Years ago we hired Moshe Cohen to renovate our master bathroom down to it's studs. His team was a dream to work with. They were meticulous and the attention to detail ,with regard to the tile work was, and is to this day, perfection. Two months ago we hired Moshe and his company again to renovate our kitchen and family room. This time his nephew Orin joined the crew. Dry wall was restored to new after wallpaper of 30 years was removed. Once again, a new tiled backsplash was installed with perfection. Appliances were removed and put back in place with a sense of ease my husband and I could never do. Moshe is honest and tough...and he has a very big heart. It's very important to him that each job is completed to his customer's satisfaction. His strong sense of integrity is a treasured character trait and a very difficult thing to find. We woke up one morning to complete flooding from our upstairs bedroom coming in through the ceiling. Tyler and his team came quickly and provided dry out services and we started the restoration shortly after. In the process, we did a total gut remodel of the adjacent bathroom and bedroom and repairs to the room and cieling underneath. Moshe handled the renovation and brought us back better than we were before. It's extremely crucial to have someone with expertise on a wide range of issues from plumbing, electrical, to framing because renovations quickly turn complex once walls get opened. Moshe has the expertise and was on top of everything. Renovations progressed very quickly and we were back better than normal in no time. Will definitely use Tyler and Moshe again for repairs and renovations.
