Crown Roof Tiles

I am in SWFL roofing for 16 years, Crown has some of the best tiles around, I get very little breakage while loading tile. Pictures below are a job we just finished 3-20-20 using Silverado color tile. (Beautiful light grey one of my favorite tile colors) They have a great sale rep George that knows everything about tile and will jump over backwards to help out with anything you ask!

Crown 👑 is one of the better manufacturers of tile .Quality control is huge problem for them. I noticed a prior review with photos of cracked tile .I had same problem with their competition product. They had a white substance that was burning holes in the concrete. The installer is responsible to inspect the product before it's installed. Are there at fault.

Crown could not have better representation on Florida's West Coast. George McMahon is a wealth of roofing knowledge and extremely pleasant to deal with. Customer Service never disappoints either. Overall a very friendly and dedicated team who make our work much easier!

We had a roof installation with Crown Roof tiles the Windsor Collection in Sand Dollar in 2021 and just like a previous review of a flat tile that Crown manufactures we have had continual chipping and cracking and getting worse with each year, also told by the roofing contractor that its foot traffic that is causing this. That is totally ridiculous since we live in a community where we have to have our roofs maintained we were instructed by the roofing contractor to get a licensed vendor with a soft wash application, but every year since we have continual chipping. Do not recommend any flat roof tile manufactured by Crown those tiles are an inferior product and should be discontinued from their line up.

Had a new roof put on in 2021 with Crown Thunderstorm blend tiles. Just one year later over 100+ broken tiles, many corner breaks. It’s taken another year for Crown to tell me they will not honor their worthless 5 year warranty. They use the excuse that it’s foot traffic when no one has been on the roof. So for the $200 dollars it would cost to replace the tiles, they would rather negate their warranty. Goes to show you they must have a lot of unsatisfied customers. Don’t use this company. After one month, not even a response from this company about my review.
