Wow, these guys are incredible. So super helpful and I was so excited to find 30 tiles that I needed to repair my roof. They were patient walked me through the different color options and were super helpful loading up the car. Highly recommended!!

Have tried several times to obtain specifications for concrete tiles that are listed for sale. Traded several messages. For some reason, after giving the rep a screen shot of the tile listed for sale on their site, they are not able to provide the specs. How can you sell something that you apparently know nothing about? If you don't have the info, just say so.

Called to ask about roofing estimates and availability, however, before I could even get an estimate the person was unprofessional and just stated we can’t help you and hung up. If this is the experience someone would get when trying to give business, I can only imagine how horrible the experience would be when the job is in-progress.
