Dennis, the owner, responded to my inquiry within 24 hrs. He was very professional and we didn't feel pressured and he took his time during the estimate appointment. We were given a date for installation within 2 weeks and they installed them yesterday. They look beautiful and the installers were respectful of the property and also very professional. It's refreshing to see a construction business and their personnel take pride in their work and know what they are doing. I would highly recommend D&D Gutters and the cost was very fair and reasonable. The Meyers, Palm Coast.

Excellent company to work with. Their product looks absolutely fantastic installed. It really finishes the exterior of the house off nicely! Their pricing is very fair, and they were able to put me on the schedule quickly once I made the decision to go with them. D & D Gutters are one of the most professional businesses I’ve ever dealt with, the quality of work was amazing! Not only did they do a great job but Mark who inspected the work was so helpful. He informed me that the builder of my house was putting in a drainage system wrong, he even stuck around to tell them what they needed to do to make it right. Thank you so much for all of your help and you guys did an amazing job on our gutters, the price was below competitors as well. I recommend them whole heartedly!!

Mark came out to the house and put together a detailed estimate, of which I approved. After several months, 2 D&D employees arrived, they walked around the house with me and pointed out that it would be nearly impossible to put gutters on the 3rd level of my home as Mark had quoted me. The installer felt that since they could not use a boom in my backyard or side yard that they would have to use ladders...the ladder would not of had enough room to reach the 3rd level and since my railings could not be removed, that we would have to eliminate the 3rd level gutters...I wasn't happy about that but completely understand; I would never want anyone to risk their life. After our meeting and discussion, the lead installer asked if they could install the gutters the next week when he would have a more experienced helper, as I had waited already several months...I said that would be fine. Monday came and at around 10:30 a completely new installer showed up and informed me that he would have to chop off the bulk of my Sylvester Palm fronds, in order to be able to hang the gutters on the side of my home, along the second story. This was completely unacceptable to be...seeing as the trees were well below the second level and did not even touch the house. The installer was very rude and stated, "well, we'll just not put that section up". I told him to not touch the house and I immediately called D&D...where I had to leave a message. I called back again and got a girl on the phone...she completely stuck by what the installer communicated. I told them that I would sue them if they touch my home. Long story less long, this company could care less how they treat your home and could care less about having a manager reach out. It's a total bait and switch from estimate to install. I would never hire this company to do anything. I am attaching pictures and my estimate so that everyone that reads can come to their own conclusion. Just saw that Mark posted below my Very bad review...just so everyone knows...he has NEVER tried to contact me via phone, email, text, in person...etc. Company's love to mislead the consumer. They did not want to trim my trees...they wanted to cut ALL the palm fronds from my Sylvester's...look at the pictures...they are NO WAY in the way. They were out at my neighbors installing gutters 2 days after this madness...and the guy, Craig, that originally was going to install, walked over to my home and apologized to me...not on behalf of D&D, just as a nice person. He stated that he would not have touched my trees and that they were not in the way. The neighbors house, where they were actively installing gutters had palms all over the side of the house touching all the areas where the gutters were installed...Craig did not clip any of the palms! GO FIGURE! I just got the luck of the draw...a VERY NASTY
