I rarely write reviews, but this time I’ve been meaning to write this review for some time now, and it’s well overdue but the outstanding service Angelica provided absolutely deserves recognition. From the very beginning of our interaction, Angelica was incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Whether it was answering technical questions, coordinating orders, or offering insightful guidance, her knowledge and dedication were clear in every step of the process. I do a lot of work with Dynamic Metals, Hugo is the absolute best at customer service and making sure any issues are taken care of. Hugo knows metal roof systems and components, so if i have a difficult detail or special flashing or component, they can make it in their metal fabricating shop! His communication and problem solving is the best i have experienced! Great Job Hugo and Dynamic Metals for making my job easier!

These guys are great! I am not a big company, not buying in bulk.... just a random guy who needed a very specific sized piece of aluminum made to make my sliding patio doogy door insert into the actual sliding patio door. I live in a rental so I can't get a new sliding door and the patio door was far thinner than any commercially made doggy door inserts would fit. I had spoken with a number of people that turned me down because they don't do small orders, or the "handymen" had ideas that weren't at all practical. They were happy to help me with my small order and not just make what I needed but CJ also hopped on the phone and helped me fine tune my thought process to make sure I was making the best decisions for my needs (I'm definitely no contractor). I emailed them a few pictures and I gave them the dimensions I needed, they communicated well, responded quickly, Plus the price was literally only 10% of what I was expecting to be charged (granted, I've never bought anything like this) They completed the order within a couple hours, same day. I was very impressed with every part of the customer experience and will definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone if there's ever another need. Five stars all day!
