I just want to take a moment to share how much the team, esp Taylor, help has truly meant to me. From the very beginning, the professionalism, compassion, and constant updates brought me peace during such a stressful time. As a single woman facing not only mold remediation in my home but also the challenges of dealing with plumbers, contractors, insurance, and the HOA, I felt safe placing my trust in them—and was treated like family. The way they worked with me and handled everything with both professional excellence and genuine personal care means more than words can ever express. I am deeply and sincerely grateful for all their kindness, dedication, and support. A résumé may open the door to opportunity, but it’s character that keeps the door open. What started as mold in one shower, turned into two showers. EcoSafe was there to help us. Working with our schedule and amazing communication from Taylor during the entire process helped make a stressful time a whole lot easier. We only bought our house 2 years ago and somehow the mold tests during our inspection came back clean. The kids and I were constantly getting sick. EcoSafe came in and , walking us through step by step, did everything they could to clean every speck of mold. Even in the walls and ceiling. It is like walking into a new house. We can all breathe easier now, literally. I hope I never have issues with mold again, but if I do, I will definitely be calling EcoSafe. I would recommend them to anyone that needs it.

I would highly recommend Eco Safe for flood restoration. We called them and within 30 minutes they were at our condo removing water and boxing up our personal items. They were so professional and caring. I can't say enough good things about this company.
