Angel and Jose ,both very polite and knowledgeable with what they were doing, they worked with an inspector, who qualified the work they did. They were very tidy and cleaned up and removed all debris that was generated while at the premises and they did all their work in a timely manner… very pleased with them and their work ethics.

Brian and his team are incredibly responsive from start to finish, always keeping us informed and addressing any concerns. The team was thorough and detail-oriented, ensuring the job was done right. They completed the project on time, which was greatly appreciated.

Brian and Shelby at Elements Disaster Recovery are absolutely the best! My sister's home in Mexico Beach, FL was severely damaged by Hurricane Michael. We were lucky it was still standing, but had major water, mud, mildew, and mold issues. We met Brian and immediately hired him to do work -- in our absence. So we had to trust him, in a very difficult situation. Our trust was totally rewarded. Jerry did a phenomenal job with our carpets today. He cleaned the living room, dining room, and stairs of my 2 bedroom apartment. He moved a few small furniture items around to get underneath. He was on time and he was very personable. I would recommend Jerry and Elements Disaster Recovery to anyone looking for excellent rates on carpet cleaning. Their price was LESS THAN HALF of what we were quoted by other companies in the area. I am a very satisfied customer!!
