Ellis Roofing and sheet metal

We just had our roof replaced by Ellis in Edgewater. I could not say enough what a fantastic experience we had, from meeting Zack and starting the process, all the way through the final cleanup. John and Dave were at our house throughout the 2 days it took Louis and his crew to strip off the old and put down the new. It looks like we have a new home. I have been dealing with Zach and he has been amazing to work with he is very helpful. He explains everything any questions I’ve had. He’s been detailed and explained everything to me. He’s definitely helped me with the process of getting ready to put the roof on and I can’t say enough good things about Zach at Ellis roofing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a roof. They’re not the cheapest they’re not the most expensive but I always look at it as you get what you pay for and with Zach, I definitely feel they’re worth the money and that I will not have any worries with my roof. I always prefer the small more hometown feel where you’re not just a number and that’s exactly how I feel dealing with Zach I’m not just a number. I’m not just a check. I’m a person and that’s exactly how he’s treated me and he’s actually possibly going to be doing another roof for me so I highly recommend them to anybody looking to put a roof on their home and I don’t give these type of reviews easily like you definitely have to earn my trust and earn the five star rating through me and Ellis roofing and Zach have definitely done that .

We are very pleased with the excellent job Ellis roofing did for us. The company is professional and punctual. The whole process from beginning to end went great. Kevin recommended a metal roof and we couldn’t be more pleased with the update.

I can't say enough good about Ellis Roofing! Having an issue with your roof? Call them, they'll take good care of you! A couple weeks ago, a large tree limb fell through our roof into our bedroom. We made a phone call and within 30 minutes, John was here to see what was going on. Keep in mind that this was later in the day, after he had already released his team to go home. When he got here, he took charge, calling a tree service (who was here within the hour) to come remove the tree, then had one of his guys he called back in dry in our roof, after making sure to take all the pictures that the insurance company might need. Today, they were here and made the repairs, which included a broken truss in addition to the holes in the roof. We are so impressed with not only their work, but their customer service as well. Keep it local and call Ellis if you ever need roof work done!!
