As an attorney, I was hyper vigilant in reviewing the written details of the roofing contract as well as “sizing up” the ownership representative who was my main point of contact - on site. The beautiful experience was that with Empire and Mark Phelps individually, the contract was less important because Empire Roofing simply does what they say they’re going to do - period. If for whatever reason there are kinks or punch lists - they correct and finish. They answer the phone even after the job is complete and paid for - and make sure the customer is satisfied and the work has met or exceeded industry standards. I took the time to write this review because this level of customer attentiveness and care is becoming the exception - but at Empire is the Rule.

Empire put two roof vent shields on my home. A solution that cured a wind driven rain issue entering my attic which isn’t usually covered by insurance due to the large deductibles. I greatly appreciated the professionalism and the effort Empire made to matching my roof colors, and their meticulously clean and neat work product. In addition, they made sure I was satisfied which my wife and I agreed is rare today. So thank you Mark!

Totally dishonest. Doesn't tell the truth. Doesn't answer emails. Takes money doesn't deliver. More coming. I have to have my attorney approve the rest before I post. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANY REASONS. My HOA is suing them for shoddy work and non-performance. They sent us all a notice to that effect. Sorry I ever heard of these guys. They got their integrity from the used car salesman training center, IMHO.
