Not only do they do quality work with integrity, but Cindy is passionate about educating and advocating for clients. She posts YouTube videos about hiring quality mold assessors and the legal requirements involved. I feel so blessed to have met Cindy and Clay. They were sympathetic about my unfortunate experience with another untrustworthy mold assessor and took the time to explain the issues in my apartment. They gave me helpful tips for my son and I to remain as safe as possible when toxic mold was confirmed through the test while awaiting the report to provide to my leasing office. I also had a local attorney tell me that they are the only local mold accessors that they’d recommend due to their excellent and straightforward delivery of protocols in the reports they provide.

We used Ericks Environmental Consulting for a home inspection as well as radon testing. Cindy was wonderful to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating scheduling wise. She patiently explained everything to me after the inspection and answered all questions I had in full. The services provided were very thorough and the required reports were received quickly. Cindy also gave me a brochure on indoor air quality and humidity control. I found the information provided in this brochure to be beneficial and insightful, especially for homes in this climate. I would definitely use this company again in the future and highly recommend them.
