Paul Davis Restoration didn't confidently do the job to remove and install 400 Sq ft small room floor with vinyl plank (lvp) and baseboard. They were referred by the insurance company and I paid the deductible. Their project managers are unknowledgeable, unskilled, and didn't show up as scheduled. They gave many excuses delaying the process for months. Also, they are very expensive compared to other contractors. My resolution: I went order the vinyl plank (lvp) online, it was ready to be picked up in 2-3 days and I had the other flooring company do it instead.

Never called me back. 🤷‍♂️
