From Dealing with the owners and their team, it has been smooth sailing, and we are extremely happy with their attention to detail and protecting our home, windows, pool, pavers etc.. during the entire project, they had two project managers on site that were on any issue that was at hand! Also, both owners stopped by to make sure we were satisfied. Roof Replacement Completed December 18, 2025 If you’re looking for a company that stands by you from the very first phone call to the final shingle, First Light Home Services is the team you want in your corner. Our experience wasn’t simple — in fact, it turned into a long, stressful battle with insurance — but this company never once backed away from helping us fight for what was right. From day one, Joshua, our salesman, went above and beyond. He didn’t just give us a quote; he personally contacted our insurance company and started the claim for the storm damage to our roof back in early February 2025. Even after multiple denials, he stayed supportive and involved. When the insurance company kept refusing to do the right thing, we hired a public adjuster, John Swainey, who also got denied. Eventually, we brought in attorney Jordan Ferral, and after months of persistence, we finally reached mediation in October 2025, where the claim was approved. It was a long road — but First Light never left our side. Once the claim was approved, the entire First Light team moved quickly and professionally: • Chase, our Project Manager, kept everything organized and on schedule. • Keieth, the Site Supervisor, made sure the crew worked safely, efficiently, and with outstanding craftsmanship. • Adam in the office was always available, always patient, and always willing to answer our many questions throughout the process. • Katie, the Financial Manager, handled the invoices and paperwork smoothly and professionally, making the final steps stress-free. On December 18, 2025, our new roof was installed — and the workmanship was excellent. The crew was respectful, fast, and incredibly thorough. The cleanup was spotless.
