I recently used Tarp and Restoration Geeks for water damage repair in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial assessment to the completion of the job, their team was professional, efficient, and communicative every step of the way. They were able to restore my property to its pre-damage condition quickly and effectively. I highly recommend this company for any restoration needs.

I would definitely not recommend this company. They're only getting a one star from me because I cannot leave a zero star. They use Brad nails and Staples to put the tarp on your roof. The tarp they installed the first time blew off in the first rainstorm and then it started leaking after the second tarp they put on because they had Staples all over the tarp, so when it rained the water went through the holes where the staples were and then through the holes in my roof into my house. On 2 occasions that the 2 guys came out to put the tarp on they did not speak english, so you could not communicate with them at all. In addition to all that, they leave all of the trash on your property, including Brad nails so your kids and dogs can step on them. Very unprofessional, meanwhile, they charge you $5500 because they know they're scamming the insurance company. Do not waste your time with this company!! Find a company that speaks english and takes pride in their work. I like how they send a generic reply to my review. I have been trying to get the manager to call me but he won't. He just sends long text instead of calling to voice my concern. Very unprofessional
