My wife and I were treated with respect by every staff member/employee that we came in contact with, whether in person or on the phone. Alex Ogilvie was exceptional, friendly, always patient with our questions and kept us updated and informed. When he said he would be here, he was here. Shawn was also very helpful and patient when we had questions. The roofers did a great job! They cleaned up so well afterward that you wouldn't even know they had been here. The cost of our new roof was fair and reasonable. I can’t begin to tell you how amazing Gold Key roofing is. I called them the day after Hurricane Milton and they were here same day tarping my roof. Shawn took the time to take me through the whole process of getting a new roof, filing insurance, getting ARC, etc. He was always available for questions and made me feel like I was his number 1 priority. My new roof is done and we couldn’t be happier with the service and quality. They were here when they said they would be and finished the job in one day. Amazing job with install and clean up!! Had a fantastic experience with Gold Key Roofing! While in the process of purchasing my home, the inspection came back that the roof needed to be replaced. I reached out to 3 roofing companies for price estimates. The first didn't return my call, the second took nearly a week for a price estimate and was 30% more expensive. Gold Key Roofing provided me a representative named Josh Newman who set up a meeting call time that worked around my busy work schedule. He went over within a day to check out the roof and provided a price quote for shingle replacement within a few days. After doing some research, I decided to get a metal roof. Josh Newman spent nearly an hour explaining different options for me including the process of installation, designs, what other customers had done, who and where his supplier was from, and many other details. If your looking for old fashion customer service, great communication, fabulous results, and competitive prices, there is no other roofing company that I would recommend here in Central Florida. As a bonus, my parents had their roof replaced on their old home and only had positives to say about both Josh Newman and Gold Key Roofing.

Gold Key Roofing helped us with a shingle warranty claim where we were to have the entire roof replaced. They were the #1 recommended roofer by the shingle manufacturer. Shawn walked us through the entire process and handled most all of the permitting and voucher process. When hurricane Milton blew through and took a few more shingles with it, Shawn had his crew out that day to seal the roof until we get the roof replaced. They put us on the top of their priority list among all the other roof repairs that were needed. Their crew was out on the scheduled date and completed the job in two days. They a great job with the install and clean-up afterwards. We're very pleased and happy to recommend them.
