Company was the best to work with. Our foreman Claude Allen and our salesman Ricky Swanson were the best. Their communications with us was five stars. Our Metal standing seam Roof looks amazing and passed Inspection with flying colors A++++ Thank you all for the fantastic roof job.

I recently had my roof replaced by HD Roofing and Solar. I cannot explain how seamless an operation they have from the men that came out and inspected my roof to verify that it needed to be replaced to the ladies in the office who have worked with me to make paying my deductible an easy matter. All of the people who worked behind the scenes so that my installation would come off without a hitch. The only inconvenience I had was having to park in the street two nights to accommodate the dumpster in my driveway. The delivery of the materials was seamless and amazingly quick. The actual installation took one whole day. The whole team kept me in the loop from start to finish. I am beyond impressed and pleased with the work and workmanship of this company. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a roof repaired or replaced.

Extremely pleased with the job the HD Roofing team did with our roof replacement project. A special shout-out goes to Claude, the superintendent, his leadership and communication truly stood out! Claude was incredibly attentive throughout the process, checking in regularly, providing updates, and ensuring that every detail was executed properly. The entire HD Roofing crew was just as impressive. Overall, I highly recommend HD Roofing to anyone in need of roofing services. They deliver excellent results, and their customer service was AMAZING!

Edit (9/15/25): Unfortunately, I’m revising my review from 5 stars down to 2. While the roof itself was done well, the experience was marred by a broken promise. During the initial inspection, I specifically asked for the fascia to be replaced, and they agreed. Yet by the end of the job, they backed out. I was told there would be a follow-up, but that never happened. It’s now been six weeks with no communication—and clearly, no intention to make it right. I’m left disappointed by HD Roofing’s lack of follow-through and incomplete service. ---------------------------------- I am abundantly grateful for HD Roofing's affordable quality service. Their team of professionals took care of business in one day. They were on time and finished on schedule. My neighbor told me about HD Roofing and I'll be sure to forward to recommendation. A Truly Disappointing Experience with HD Roofing My experience with HD Roofing was nothing short of exhausting. From day one, communication was disorganized and unreliable. They missed several appointments without any notice, and trying to reschedule was a frustrating process. Each time I called, I was met with a new voice the employee turnover was so high that no one seemed to have a clue about the status of my project. Customer service was impersonal and dismissive. I never felt like a valued client, and getting even basic updates required relentless follow-up on my part. The most frustrating issue, however, was the workmanship. It took over three months just to get my floors installed properly. The work was rushed, sloppy, and riddled with visible flaws, flaws that ultimately had to be fixed by another contractor. It was painfully obvious that quality and accountability were not part of their business model. Despite giving HD Roofing every opportunity to make things right including writing directly to the owner I received no meaningful response or concern. That silence spoke volumes. I’m relieved to be done with this company. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. They deserve 0 stars!!!
