I had Hailey come out to our house to give us an estimate on some bathroom repairs. I found her to be very friendly, courteous, honest and I felt like she really cared about our situation. She went above and beyond to help us with our bathroom issues. She has been by far the best customer service representative I have ever dealt with. If anyone has mold, mildew or need water restorations call I-Mold and ask for Hailey! She was a lifesaver!

We called iMold as a precaution to check on our home. Scott who came out to our house was super helpful and knew what he was doing. He was able to quickly scan the house to identify that there were no mold issues with the house. Scott and iMold were very professional, helpful, educational, and great to work with.

Everyone at iMold is extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Brian arrived at the designated time and did a thorough inspection of several units in my building. He promptly provided feedback including the mold he identified in my bathroom. Next I contracted with the remediation team. Shout out to everyone in the admin staff (including but not limited to Debbie and Crystal) who were so helpful, Edwin the team leader was very thoughtful, extremely competent and an excellent communicator. His team members Hanser and Angel worked diligently to keep things moving and did an excellent job. They cleaned up daily and my home never was dirty despite the all the work they did. Tommy came to my house to see if I was satisfied with the work being done (which I was) and to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend iMold Naples.

It was a pleasure to work with the Imold team. Scott was able to come out to my property quickly and help create our game plan. Heather, Debbie, Brandon and Jeff all were professional and helped the project along. I would highly recommend the team and would use them again.

I was under a very tight deadline for completion of job. Everyone from John, JT, Tyrell, Tommy and especially Heather Vasquez couldn’t have been more accommodating. They were able to start a day early and met every timeline to complete job and allow for my closing to happen on time. Had daily updates. Heather was just amazing. Never once losing composure, always available working her magic in a most pleasant and positive manner. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is there was a miscommunication on the backend of the job. Understood that anything beyond containment area that needed addressing would be extra. In fact, on day two I was told there would an additional cost for the Plenum box above A/C unit. Explained, and accepted and paid for. Was surprised when containment barrier was finally taken down after inspection and job completion, to find a 2’x2’ covered hole outside A/C closet, but within covered containment area. No one informed me that this hole would be an additional cost. I did not even know it existed until barriers were taken down. Needless to say new home owners were a bit upset that the job was not complete. Just feel better communication concerning an unseen, unfinished hole would have made all participants happier. All in all, great work, done on time with pleasant workers and office staff. Photos show concealed area and last photo when barrier was taken down.
