I recently called our home owners insurance company to see about repair/replace our roof when we had what looked like minor damage from the most recent hurricane. We waited for the insurance company to send a contract appraiser while we looked for roofers with good credentials, We interviewed two roofers and eventually met with the insurance adjustor who said the company could only offer a repair that didn’t meet our deductible. We also found that we had more damage than originally discovered, and the appraiser wasn’t able to determine the cause so the insurance company decided not to cover it. We mentioned it to one of the roofers we interviewed, Infinity Roofing’s liaison person, Dalvin Canant, who recommended that Infinity should set up another meeting with the insurance adjustor, and they would send their VP to meet the insurance adjustor. Infinity got the insurance company to reassess the roof, and the insurance company agreed to pay its portion of the new roof after the very high deductible. Every step of the way Dalvin kept us apprised of what was going on, from selecting the right type roofing to the color of it. Without Dalvin and Infinity we would not have had the insurance company own up to their end of the contract. Infinity Dalvin did a spectacular job on all aspects of the job from removal and clean up to the finish work.

Infinity roofing did a fantastic job on replacing our tile roof. They did all the negotiating with the insurance company in a quick and efficient manner. Infinity got us approved while others in our neighborhood our still waiting. Mike was our project manager and he was here everyday explaining what was happening and making the job was getting done and done right. The workers were efficient, polite and were very careful to clean up. We didn’t have any mess or damaged plants to deal with. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing a roof. Maybe you’ll be lucky enough to get Mike as your project manager.

I was very impressed with Nick Ebenback professionalism and extensive knowledge of my roof. He explained to me areas that needed to be fixed and replaced. He was there throughout the whole project in case I had any questions and concerns. The whole project was well done from the workers that removed the old roof to the workers that installed the new roof. Many of my neighbors were impressed with the result. They wanted to know who installed the new roof. I highly recommend Infinity Roofing. It was a wonderful experience working with them.

I wish I had gone with another company. I got a brand new roof installed, but they didn’t replace all the rotted siding boards - I had to push them to replace obvious rot and they still didn’t replace all of them. They tried to downplay the issue. A month after completion, I had a leak, and it took three months to repair the damaged interior. Overall, the work felt rushed and corners were cut. If you want a company that is thorough and truly looks out for the customer, I recommend going elsewhere.
