Invictus 12 Soffit, Fascia, Gutters & Exterior painting.

Had great services with Invictus 12 - they respond quickly and repaired/replaced our soffit within 2-3 days! Their prices are also good/reasonable compared to others. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs exterior repairs!

I was referred by one of pest control companies in town. I had been having issues with my soffit for months, and I tried to fix it by myself but it did not work. I contacted this company in the morning of Monday by the contact form of their web, and I received a call and text back, saying he will try to make an estimate if I send photos. And the estimate was reasonable, and he even suggested he can stop by later in the afternoon of the same day Monday. He came, fixed it and sent me short text “done” with photos. I looked at the repair with my eyes and saw them completely fixed. Why I did not find such a reliable person before? It was never put on hold, never requested to be at home in 4 hour slot, he just came and completed without knocking my door. To return the courtesy of such high level of work and service, I used Zelle to send the money in full immediately. I am very impressed! Very different experience from other repair works, which usually request me to stay home during 4-6 hour slot in coming days.

100% recommend Andre and his teams. We had our house painted, soffits and gutters replaced, and every team did a fabulous job. Andre was professional and communicative, and his teams were prompt and respectful. Our house looks brand new, we are so thankful!!

He is polite, great communication as to what needed to be done, when he could do it(which was a few days after talking), and a reasonable rate.
