WOW WOW WOW - professional, friendly, accommodating, prompt, responsible, hard-working, neat, well-thought out. I recently had a flood in my bedroom and my insurance adjustor sent the crew from JD Restoration to my home. Daniel, Tomas, Hector, and Nicola were all EQUALLY 10-star. The adjectives above say it all and I could not recommend this company more highly. They not only took care of the mess I encountered; they also figured out where the water was coming from, on the spot. If you are ever in a situation where you need mold remediation, floors dried out, anything in the "restoration" area, call JD Restoration and you will be absolutely thrilled you did. I recently received services from JD Restorations. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly skilled. They handled the restoration with meticulous attention to detail and kept me informed every step of the way. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and they completed the project on time and neat. I highly recommend!! outstanding service and exceptional results.

I do NOT recommend JD Restorations at all. They came to my house, spoke to us in Spanish, and convinced my husband and me that our roof was in terrible condition, when it actually wasn’t. We felt a lot of pressure to agree to the work. They handled everything for the insurance, but in the end, the insurance denied the claim. They also recommended a lawyer who admitted that the case had no merit, so it was a complete waste of time and money. The worst part is that they have their own lawyers, and everything seems rigged for them to benefit while the client loses. In the end, we got nothing, and they even left their equipment in our house. A very negative experience!

This is what my kitchen looked like AFTER they declared it finished. That's right. After. I had to hassle the team to come back 3 times to remove the moldy wood and they didn't even remove all of it. The 2nd and 3rd time they didn't make a plastic containment and the mold dust was everywhere. They kept trying to tell me it's not mold and not their job. They were just painting over it. I will have to get a 2nd company to finish the job. I definitely don't recommend.
