Wonderful Experience with level up contractors. They were professional, courteous and proficient. I had a bunch of tiles on my roof that needed replacing and a small leak that they repaired. I had a roof inspection that I passed with flying colors because of their outstanding work. The Communication was excellent they did the work in a timely manner. I plan on replacing my whole roof soon and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you need any work with your roof this is the company you need to deal with it. 10/10 experience.

I was nervous about replacing my roof, but Jonathan and the team at Level Up made it easy. They kept me in the loop the whole time and really put me at ease.

Beware of Level Up Contractors I’m writing this review with complete honesty because I’ve been scammed and taken advantage of by Level Up Contractors. Our roof project has been ongoing for over three months — three months filled with excuses and lies. We were told the job would take a maximum of two weeks, yet only about 30% of the work has been done, even though we’ve already paid 80% of the total cost. The owner is extremely difficult to reach. He rarely answers calls, and we often have to wait up to three days for a response. To make matters worse, he performed work without a permit, which caused major delays with the city. After finally obtaining the proper permits, the roof inspection has failed twice, and we still have no tiles delivered or final approval to continue. No offers have been made by the owner to refund us for the unfinished portion of the job. Our contract has clearly been breached, and despite asking respectfully to be refunded for the pending work, he has refused to do so but also has not completed the job. This has been a very upsetting and stressful experience. For three months, we’ve been misled and left waiting while our home remains exposed. We are now stuck with a roof that has no tiles, hoping and praying that it holds up without leaking or causing further damage before this nightmare is resolved. I’m writing this review in hopes that this doesn’t happen to anyone else who looks up this company and considers hiring them because of their so-called “reputable business.”

Don't get fooled !!!! Read before hiring I wish I’d read a review like this before hiring Jonathan. My roof work started without city clearance—I was told verbally that we were “cleared to start,” but the city had not issued or approved the permit. I made my first payment on August 20 because I was told the permit was already in hand. Since then, the underlayment has been sitting for over 3 months, the project is only about 25% done, and I’ve already paid 80% of the contract. We still haven’t passed inspection—we’ve failed twice (as of November 4, 2025). After a lot of assurances and shifting explanations, there’s been no real progress. I’m writing this so the next person has the honest review I wish I’d seen and doesn’t go through the same nightmare.
