When I originally had my section of the shared flat roof re-roofed with a built-up sloped B.U.R. system, I honestly didn’t expect it to last 20 years. But since it wasn’t leaking and was still in good condition, I decided to apply the Roofprotect Silicone Roof Coating to extend its lifespan. Since the roof is shared between multiple units and each owner is responsible for their own section, I wanted to make sure mine was well protected for the long haul. The coating process was impressive — the crew thoroughly cleaned and prepped the surface, patched any minor cracks, and applied the silicone in multiple passes for even coverage. Weather permitting, they worked efficiently and kept everything tidy throughout. The end result looks great: smooth, uniform, and water just slides right off. The soft wash was done on our Spanish Roof Tiles and our roof looked like new and they didn't break any, we are going to get it waterproofed next season by this company we know we can trust.
