I met with Marvin who is very k nowledgeable and extremely helpful. Their prices seem reasonable, but I haven't yet taken delivery of my order. I would definitely recommend them assuming their products are good, and from what I saw they are.

unfortunately sometimes you have to train employees to do good customer service some people or employees don't care but they forget that companies live off the customer

Do not bring cargo to this company by truck! The company does not create conditions on its territory for trucks to enter. They want you to back up from a four-lane road! You are risking your driver's license by creating an emergency on the road. None of the company employees agree to go out on the road and help you.

I am from an up and coming roofing company, and I have never been treated so disrespectfully from any of the other supply companies we purchase from. Major Metal, promised to give us a call back and it’s been a week of avoidance and not called no back, I don’t know if it’s because they don’t care for smaller companies, but if it’s so, that’s wrong in my opinion. Next time just say up front we can’t do business with you and we will move on, the problem is I have done business with them before but they had different personal, and in the midst of all of this Covid19 situation they are now, seemingly, refusing to do business with our smaller company like the gentleman said to us. Actually his words were we have a large company that they are supplying right now and can’t really help us at the moment today, meaning the day we spoke, and that they would give a call back. I’m done waiting, thank you for not trying. It has been a week.
