Tyler Nelson (owner) took the time to deliver the quote in person, answered all our questions, provided us with catalogs for tile selection, arranged delivery of sample tiles of our choice so we could make an educated decision, explained the timing and details of what the job entailed to be completed, and he stayed in communication with us throughout the whole process. His pricing was fair, and the service was excellent. What stood out the most to us was that Tyler was always timely and always did what he said he would do. His knowledge and professionalism showed time and time again. I would highly recommend Tyler for any roofing needs.

After having noted what appeared to be some loosening of mortar on our garage roof ridge, we were given the contact information for Tyler of Masterpiece Roofing. Within hours of reaching out to Tyler by email to inquire whether Masterpiece Roofing addresses issues like ours, he communicated back and scheduled a visit timed to our convenience to review the problem. After an on-roof inspection, which revealed the need for repair to be more extensive than was apparent from the ground, he within about one day submitted an estimate, which addressed not only repair of the loose mortar, but also included other services like an overall roof cleaning, replacing tiles identified to be cracked, and a thorough cleaning of the gutters along the lanai enclosure. We considered the estimate to be very fairly priced. The Masterpiece Roofing team appeared as scheduled, and completed the work within the stated time, and did a fabulous job. The roof looks brand new again; the roof ridge tiles once more are firmly adhered, and the hydrosheen applied to the mortar of all hips and ridges to prevent motor cracking and fading adds confidence that the roof is set to once again take on the stormiest weather. We were very pleased with the entire Masterpiece Roofing team and wholeheartedly highly recommend them.
