SCAM ALERT: I was quoted over the phone for a leak repair $400 and asked to pay $200 upfront (I only agreed because of their positive reviews). The technician who arrived was unfamiliar with the company and had no record of the $200 payment (he was referred by another person they referred). He is asking for full payment since he did not receive the $200 dollars already paid. Since then, I’ve tried to contact the company about the $200, but they don’t answer calls or text messages. As of now, they have stolen $200 from me. Avoid doing business with this company, they are not trustworthy.
