Sixteen years ago the Pineda Brothers installed the tile roof on our custom-built home. After three major hurricanes, it is still holding up beautifully and has had no damage. Recently, I asked Jose’s Company My Metal Roof of SWFL to clean our very dirty roof and pool cage , as well as check for any issues. The team was very methodical in their work and after a week of cleaning, touch-ups around vents, replacing a few broken tiles, and repairing a small section of fascia, our roof looks spectacular. They even stopped for a day when my kitty went missing to make sure she would return and not be afraid of the noise from cleaning. I can’t recommend My Metal Roof more, not just for the five-star quality of their work, but for their honesty, reasonable price and efficiency, and last but not least, Jose’s and team’s sensitivity about my cat, which btw was found in the house🤣! Several years ago, we experienced some roofing problems for which neither the builder nor the roofers would take responsibility. A friend who is a construction supervisor for a major builder in Naples recommended we contact Jose to evaluate our situation. He was very prompt in delineating the defects in our roof, prepared a comprehensive proposal to correct the problem and gave a reasonable estimate. Comprehensive repairs were completed in a timely manner, on budget, and with a minimum of inconvenience. We were very pleased with the whole process.
